Daily Yoga classes
Wellness has always been an important aspect for us so it’s no wonder that Aegialis Hotel &Spa has become one of the world’s most popular yoga retreat destinations. With over 100 yoga retreats booked in 2019, yoga teachers love to choose Amorgos island and our beautiful facilities. But we also offer daily complimentary yoga classes for all our guests. The classes are held every morning and afternoon, in one of the 6 beautiful yoga shalas. All levels are welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or advanced practitioner. 2. Lalon Idor Spa
Located on the grounds of Aegialis Hotel, Lalon Idor Spa is a place of relaxation and wellness. Guests can enjoy the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and the indoor sea water pool to relax. If you’ve visited us before, you will definitely know of Nissi Café Restaurant. Located on the sea front of Aegiali beach, all our guests will receive complimentary beach towels and sunbeds from Nissi. Known for its prime spot of being in close proximity to the shops and on the footsteps of the beach, Nissi is the ideal place for a beach day.
